- All rates are subject to 13% sales tax and other applicable taxes.
- All rates are subject to 15% gratuity. Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, extra stops, wait times and any other surcharges billed to the client.
- All trips from the Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) are subject to $15 Airport fee.
- Additional charges for tolls, airport taxes and fuel surcharges will be billed when applicable.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations, Changes & No show Fees:
- Cancellations or changes for sedans & SUVs for point to point transfers and airport reservations with less than Two Hours notice will result in a full charge equal to base fare price of the trip plus taxes and gratuity.
- Cancellations or changes for sedans & SUVs for hourly charter and event services with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge plus taxes and gratuity.
- Cancellations for all stretched limousines, Vans, Mini buses and Limo buses for hourly charter and event services with less than seven days notice will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus applicable taxes and gratuity.
- Cancellations for Prom and Wedding Contracts with less than Thirty Days notice will result in a full contract amount or otherwise specified on the contract.
- A ‘No show’ fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus waiting times, applicable taxes and gratuity will be billed when passenger fail to arrive at a designated pickup location.

Waiting times & Stop Times:
- All waiting times are charged according to the vehicle’s hourly rates in increments of 15 minutes.
- 45 minutes of free waiting time is given on all domestic flights and 60 minutes of free waiting times is given on all international flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting times will be billed in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
- Parkview Limousine does not monitor private flights and train schedule, therefore, waiting times will be billed as incurred for any passengers arriving on a private plane or train that is delayed by more than 10 minutes.
- Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservations will be charged per stop for maximum of 5 minutes in the same area, and charges will revert to Parkview Limousine’s hourly rates after 5 minutes.
- Passenger requested stops off route for a point-to-point reservations, additional charges will revert to Parkview Limousine’s hourly rates.
- All arrivals and departures between 12am to 4am are subject to $30 late night service charge.
Other:
- Any damage(s) to the vehicles caused by the passengers are subject to additional charges determined by Parkview Limousine Services, which the customer(s) agree to pay in full. These damages may include but not limited to : Vomiting in the vehicle ($250), breaking a champagne or other glass ($20) per glass, and tearing of the car interior minimum of ($500) plus the vehicle downtime.
- Parkview Limousine Services shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: weather, road conditions and mechanical breakdowns.
- Parkview Limousine Services assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any other items left in the vehicles.
Parkview limousine services reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
